Nice work Ian if that cooler does'nt come with a thermo heres a link for peeps to get one and fittings it still works out at a good price just get the size of the pipes they are usually -10jic or-12jic.

Manifold warranty is a tough subject.
A full refund or exchange will be offered if the item does not fit/allign properly as long as they have been no damage made to the Manifold upon trying to force fit it.
With regards to the Manifold breaking/cracking it depends upon the conditions it cracked under and how soon it cracked after purchasing

The Seven Row Oil Coolers are not thermostatically cooled. I have quoted Corey on his information if anyone was wanting to change that.
Any interest in them? Could arrange a Group Buy as i know id take 2 of them.

Is a thermostat needed for a 7row cooler? - spec is 1bar tdo4 on standard engine

Thermostats are normally used on bigger Oil Coolers so they get upto Temperature alot sooner, basically to compensate on how quickly a small Oil Cooler would heat up compared to a large one.
Theres alot of debates on if an Oil Cooler Thermostat is needed or not, some say yes and others say no. The job of one is simply to warm up the oil when your engine is cold as quickly as possible.

could you not supply thermostats that fit as well ian, so all customers have got to do is buy the whole package from yourselfs???
