This manifold is made from High Grade Mild Steel, & is built to suit the stock intake pipe (EFI pipe) & stock TMIC.
The piping is 29mm in diameter & 4mm thick.

This manifold is made from High Grade Mild Steel, & is built for those applications for enthusiasts running no EFI pipe & who want a better flowing manifold. 35mm in diameter & 2mm thick. (NB Does not fit with Autobahn, WEPR, Blitz or Greddy fmic's directly, piping needs slight modification).

Now we have also introduced some mild steel manifold with external wastegate setup. These have exactly the same features as the previous type but include a 35mm pipe and 38mm flange for external wastegate to go on. The flange used is as in pictures and we chose 38mm as a standard size is this is what we all usually use. If anyone has a different size (bigger/smaller than 38mm) or some different flange type (ex. like Sard/Blitz that are squarish with 4 holes) that is not a problem as I have most of the sizes available so all you would need to do is just specify type/size upon ordering.

These manifolds are made from the Highest Quality E316 STainless Steel, which makes it much stronger than E304 stainless, but at the same time the material's properties make it more flexible than E321 STainless, thus making it the best & most used choice for motorsports applcations.
This manifold is made to fit the stock EFI pipe & retain the oem TMIC, its piping is 32mm wide & 2mm thick.

This manifold is made to suit the WRX TD04-L turbo, very popular upgrade for the 4E-FTE. , As in both stainless steel and mild steel options, the manifold is made from 35mm wide piping by 2mm thick. It is up to the customer to specify if they would like an external wg setup or to retain the TD04 actuator. Please specify upon ordering. If the kit is in mild steel, the decat included is 4mm thick and braced, whereas in stainless steel, this will be made of E316 stainless. The actuator setup will not fit the oem radiator, the external wg setup will however fit the oem radiator. All manifolds/decats are braced for maximum longetivity.
Kit Includes - Manifold with external wastegate pipe, downpipe and wastegate screamer.

When ordering please confirm all the measurments so that the turbo will fit without any problems, after the kit is made & sent out to your specifications, we will not be responsible for fitting issues as the kit would have been made to the specifications requested. If we have a turbo here locally, all we need are some minor details of your setup, to ensure a perfect fit!

Zisco Performance Braces - Lower Arm Bar

Lower Arm Bar
Here in the picture is a Zisco Lower Arm Bar, this is made from high quality E304 Stainless Steel, measuring diameter of 18mm (solid not hollow section) to increase stability of the lower end as stainless allows much less body flex than aluminium.
This sits 0.5cm lower than the conventional Cusco bars, to allow a bigger exhaust system but without being too low. Will fit both EP82/91.

Zisco Performance Braces - Zisco Floor Bars

Zisco Floor Bars
We have recently launched the new floor bars to fit on the Starlet EP82/91 turbo and NA equipped autos. These are quality floor braces that connects between the two seatbelt mounts and reduce the flex from the middle of the floor plan. It also increases overall stability and steering response.
The main bar is 22mm of strong 321 stainless, the same material the rest of the floor brace is made of. The are supplied, as with most other parts in stainless polished finish. These braces are a replacement of the now disconitnued Zep Racing floor bars. The design is essentially unchanged. The part were it bolts to the middle floor pan is shorter so the factory bolts can be used.

Zisco Performance Braces - Stainless 6-point Rear Strut Brace

Stainless 6-point Rear Strut Brace
Finally we have been able to make the long awaited Stainless Steel 6 Point Rear Strut braces.
These majority of the strut is made of 22mm E316 Stainless Steel, polished to give the brightest finish. Just the fittings on the shock absorber are not, and these can be painted to the users preference.
This is probably just one of a kind available on the market for both EP82 GT Turbo and EP91 Glanza. We have done our best in making up these braces so they look the best, are fully adjustable, and fit the rear seats. Infact they only scrape against the rear seats so those of you who have a parcel shelf would only need to modify it slightly. One can also keep the rear seatbelts as this bolts onto the existing mount.
The aim of the 6 point rear strut brace is to enhance the interior of your EP and besides does its job in helping to keep chassis and body intact while cornering at high speeds, thus reducing body roll. Most parts of the 6 point strut brace is adjustable on rose joints so as the user can adjust to their own preference.
