no probs with the sidelights, was a simple fix anyways only took 5mins.
hows the radiator now aswell? that bit of hosing ok?

Got the thermo housing off Craig, excellent communication and item was packaged brilliantly.. (I asked myself wtf is there tin foil in the package)

Cheers for the feedback Stu, yeah it was old breather membrane for a timber garage extension i had lying around, does the job nicely as its just like bubble wrap! lol
