I havent read anything about this happening yet.

Does anyone know if there is one arranged or attemping to be arranged?
I heard UKSC was trying to organise one. Any one know if that has happened? :confused:
If it has I think it could be advertised on here aswell.

If not i think there definatly should be one arranged.

Then at 12:30 drive to the following:

Freeport Retail park, Braintree (CM77 8YH)

Think I might be brave and start to organise one.

Make it well in advance so that people have time to sort themselves out. Maybe March time.
I know there is always gonna be people that cant make it no matter what day it is so i think im just gonna choose one. if people can attend great. If they cant then they'll miss it.
If people really wanna come and make it worthwhile in Daves memory they will put the effort in to attend.

Whats peoples opinions?

ill be there, aslong as a weekend :) least we as mebers/friends can do. pay are respects in the only way we know how. i think a few local lads will be up for this also

I was thinking some where easy to get to which is easy for lots of people but is fairly close to where TMD are based/where Dave had his accident. TMD are based in Sible Hedingham and the accident was close to that in Haverhill.
Both are close to the M11 so was considering the Bishops Stortford Services off the M11. That way could always do a drive by of TMD and/or the road the accident was on.
Car park isnt massive at the services though so depending on how many people decide to put their names will decide whether we use that car park.

Date im gonna go for is Saturday 24th March

Thoughts?

i think we should leave the accident spot. would rather focus on the man and his achievements rather than his untimely end :(

a drive past TMD and possibly his home would be more apt in my opinion.

Good point dac69er. I'll take that on board and abandon the accident spot.

I'll think up a route that we can take that will take us past TMD and to a decent end point. Something like a pub that we can all get a drink and maybe a bite to eat in. Again need to find one with a decent size car park. If this turns out to be as big as i hope its gonna be i will have to contact the pub and let them know we are coming.

I'll get on that later. gotta pop out with the Mrs for a while now.

In the mean time. lets get a list on the go.
