'DOME' Fuse?

Anybody know what the DOME fuse is for? (under the bonnet)

Mine keeps blowing as soon as I put in a fresh one!!

Any help appreciated

mine blows when i take my head unit out.does ur clock, cd player, interior light,not sure wat else it does as there the only things ive noticed?

Yup, none of those mention above work.

My headlights and rear lights have also stopped working. This is the only fuse blown, the others are all fine!

wat bwt the ones under the dash cos theres two 15amp fuses that power the lights cos i blew that fuse b4 that did the lights?id check all earths and connections mate on the things mentioned and c where its circuit is broken?

I have just redone all of the wiring behind the headunit! The main loom all the way to the earth, fuel pump, headunit, cig lighter and airbag unit.

Fuses under the dash are fine

What a shame, I don't want to open it all up again to check the connections again!!

looks like you might have to mate and look for a fault earth or a cable shortin out some where.hope you get it sorted.its a pain in the arse.not sure if ive sorted my prob.but the japs cut so many things outa my car it would need re wirin.so i just got a big supply of 15amp fuses

I will get it done when I can then. I'm still glad I didn't pay an electricial though because it was a few hours job and they was asking £40 an hour!!

that happened to mine mate. took the headunit out and there was a blick wire that had been cut, so connected it up and bingo.

I had the problem of those fuses going and all the time it was 1 switch, for the rear fog light.
