dyno low hp whats happening?

i dynoed my glanza ep91 manual it give around 104 whp and 115 lb of toque it got from mount intercooler and the air fuel ratio was really dry on 14 and 15
the guy tell me that i got to change my fuel pump and add a fuel pressure regulator but just with that i would see like lets say 130 hp?? or something its wrong

First thing I would do is do a compression test ? loss of power could mean piston rings or pistons.
