Hey Guys

Finally got my ECU fitted and mapped today at Redline Tuning in Basildon.
Running a TD04 setup with the ussual bits and Dastek Unichip ECU.

Made 232.6bhp @ 14psi.

Well happy!! Richard at Redline was great and came out on the road with me for some road mapping after the dyno session to make sure all was sweet.

Heres some pics:

Nice one Matt. What a good result for just shy of 1 bar of boost. How does it compare to your old turbo? Did you have hyrbid ct9 before? Did the guy fit the ecu aswell? Price? PM if preferred :)

@ Rev - Intake temp says 38.5 degrees

@ Lewis - Yeah I'm well happy with it. Completly different from old turbo which was standard CT9b at 13psi (175bhp)
Dastek Unichip ECU fitted and mapped with 2 maps (high boost 14psi and low boost 7psi) £550 + VAT. I needed a boost solenoid for the boost control aswell which was an extra £35 + VAT. Total cost £702

Gotta go back for the launch control as was getting near the end of the day and I needed a part that I just didnt have the funds for.
Was only £40 but just couldnt stretch the last tiny bit. Lol.

Defo gonna go back and have it done though.

Mapper was excellent and spent quite a long time on the dyno. Thats probably the reason for the high intake temps.

I took the car out last night for a good run and I am well impressed with how it drives. Spools to 7psi then almost immediatly jumps to 1bar. Great fun.

wow, not cheap then lol. but then again if its all working nicely and the guy gave you peace of mind and was helpful etc, its fully worth the cash. Would love to do what youve done, however ive kind of given up nowdays spending that much cash on her as ive spent way to much previously :(

@Lewis - You could TD04 yours for just over a grand. You already have all the supporting bits and bobs.
I bought my turbo from a user on here (mctagart) for £60. Lol.

@Jay - Cheers fella. You'll prob see it soon enough.
