well im a non muslim and im gonna celebrate tmrw by eating my arse off at me cousins place... i love this time of the year... and tbh the food is amazing!!!

and when it comes to extremism , its a very few ppl who feel like that... cos most of my friends are muslims and no one supports extremism... dont always belive what you hear on the news they always wanna fuck your mind up by creating some shit...

any ways happy ramadan guys

im reading the kite runner atm its about a young muslim afghanistan lad and it really opened my eyes to how badly the muslim world is wrongly percieved.

yes this days marks the end ov ramadan it wasnt that hard u get use to it after a while

Hahahaha!! I've been a busy body thats why I'm hardly online!! College + Fasting = Tiredness and less time for work!! :p

I can smell some lovely food cooking hmmm I can't wait till its ready! :D

It feels quite wierd eating in the day light to me after 4 weeks of fasting!

Eid Mubarak to everyone,

my mate said that (dont know if its true or not) - but during the month of fasting back in the day it was for the people who had food to eat to give the food they would normally eat during the day to the people they aint got food to eat normally.

is this true on how Ramadan started or does my mate not know what he is talking about. (i hope i am not offending anyone)

ramadan is about putting your self in the shoes of less fortunate
than your self, everything u take for granted in your life.
giving up food is only one thing muslims do during ramadan, that is not what it is all about....

what u have to remember is is not just a fast on your stomach
the whole of your body is fasting (doing with out)

for example you are not suposed to be back biting/bitching or talking about behind peoples back

another example is not to have impure thoughts during your fast

no fighting etc etc..

EID Mubarak to all guys. And thanx for so many positive comments.

I would just like to add to the fact that "Islam" is NOT a bad religion and doesnt teach anything like what has been put across the world via media and other leaders etc. The truth is that there are so many muslims and so called muslims that are so daft and because of this the media grabs so many opportunities to condemn the religion and ALL the followers.

I know that there are so many intelligent and wise people on this site who understand this and I would just like to share the following reading from a famous scholar who is actually what you can get towards a true muslim in modern day. Im sure this will answer alot of peoples common questions etc. Im only sharing this so people can hopefully see the religion itself isn't wrong its the followers.

so far what i have read seems very interesting - its gona take me a while a finishing it. (more of picture man)

but i do agree with Muslim people are portrayed in the wrong way - its all the media's fault.

that why watch theses two video below 1st one showing who really did the 9/11 bombing and the 2nd is complicated but its all about the conspiracies that has occurred over the years (very interesting)
