emb tuning: ideal method to trim fuel

Hi guys, I own a toyota tercel 5EFTE + t with 4efte electronics and 324cc, it's boosting 12psi without any management. I just bought an emanage ultimate. And I have a few questions about it, so maybe you guys can help with.
1- Can I use Greddy map sensor to map fuel table?, my idea is use the 4efte map till 4.10v and later use the greddy one, or, can I use the greddy one after 1PSI?, and how can I do this? ( noob here )
2- I know car has close/open loop, how Can I control this? so I can have a nice idle (14.7) and map fuel table from -17PSI to 0PSI? Can I do this without my ECU starts fighting with the EMU?, or any way to control open/close loop?
3- Can I connect my AEM wideband to EMU, I just red the u most select "other" on the WB02 select option and put from 10 to 19.50 on the options, Just to make sure is like this...
4- Have a real mess in my mind about fuel table, theres like 4 of them A/F targer and the I/J Ones. Which one is the best to use?
5- My ECU is from 4efte EP82, so I do not have a TPS line, do I really need this?
