Forged Engine Compression with Boost ??

Guys need a help. build engine with 70K,KM fully forged engine running on td04L turbo setup.

one piston 6.9Bar Compression and other 8.9Bar is this compressions are good or bad ?
plugs are not bad.
i need to run more boost now car running 0.6bar
oil not burning.
no gear shifting smoke.
No cold start smoke and high revs as well
what is the reason going like this ??

tuner is said need to check pistons rings!!

That is quite a bit of difference. If you put a bit of oil down the sparkplug holes and try the compression test again, does it improve the figure?
