It looks like to me although I am no scooby expert a 1996-1999 UK model Impreza turbo 210bhp which does the 1/4 mile in 14.6 seconds so if the starled does it in 14 ish seconds that would look about right on the video.

Me and my mate raced a greeen t plated gold alloyed scooby the other day. He got a better start but he couldnt loose our two lil black gts ha ha the only reason he 1 is coz he over took bout 6 cars on the zig zag lines in the middle of the road and we both backed out.
But it was fcin funny
