glanza v clutch issue

hi ive just bought a starlet and found out on the way home that when the cars in neutral and you lift you clutch out get a horrid knocking noise,when you put it back in it goes so defo must be the release bearing. Whats the best clutch to go for and what sort of job is it to fit it cheers for reading jon
