glanza v or vitz rs turbo?

Get the Vitz turbo and smoke those ek9's ;) there are alot of vitz around with GReddy bolt on turbo kits and they are the Vitz rs.

The Trd Vitz Turbo is really rare only about 100 were made and were a factory turbo I have never seen any information about what turbo those vitz run.

Get the vitz turbo it's rare and fast and has trd suspension so it will have good handling. The Vitz rs is lower than the usual Yaris and has sportier suspension

I Got A Glanza And An Ek9.the Ek9 Has A High Reving Bulletproof Engine.havent Seen One With A Blown Engine Yet.seen Plenty Ov Blown Turbos And Engines On Glanzas.dont Know About The Yaris.

ive seen several ek9s with fucked bottom ends but hey.. lol

main reason for starlets blowing is either theyve been poorly tuned or havent been maintained correctly!!

they are just as bulletproof as a ek9 engine, ok the turbos last about 70,000 miles but that still isnt bad!

would choose that vitz turbo i think if it drove nicely

lol nothing is perfect i haven't seen any ek9 with fucked bottom ends around must be rare fault ?

the reason ek9 engine's are bullet proof is cause they are n/a and if you compare n/a vs turbo , turbo engine's seems to face more problems and stuff then N/A.

and you cant theatrically compare all those 3 car's different league. if i had a choice would pick ek9 from all three on a blink of Eye.

yes i am starting to see sense and realise that the ek9 is the only way to go

anyone know of any good japanese import sites other than TCV

Naw I would go for a Glanza or a GT to be honest, get a nice one from Japan for cheap enough and have a few pound spare for handling and performance mods. An n/a just doesnt do it for me, I like my boost.;)
Dont get me wrong EK9 are nice cars and engine is known as bulletproof but I think they are far too dear for what you get.
You and aaron still got the VTS's??

I'd get a vitz, i drive a yaris t sport and the engines are spot on its the same engine just with a turbo on), as its been said vvti is good, like the vtec but gives you it all the way through the revs but not as strong.

As for parts for it, theres loads. Envyperformance do a whole range of styling/suspension etc for the Yaris and from the shape its a mk2 yaris so there plenty of stuff out there.

Unfortuanelty its not 180bhp despite what people may think, its only 150bhp, but its something rare and different. I cant comment on tuning as im not sure for the turbo engine, but i bet its a hoot to drive.

My Yaris is around 125bhp with the mods and its a blast to drive. The build quality is brilliant and handling even without my coilovers is superb for a standard car, and the best thing is plp are like "its a yaris" but they dont know its faster than your vtr's and corsa's that the average tit drives.

The only reason im selling mine is i lways wanted a gt turbo, and can afford to insure one now.

Anyway rant over, as i said i'd go for the vitz :)

aye we still got them christy but aaron is having back axle problems.waiting for you to come down and get a poke at your new yok

beat a tdo4 glanza down the dual couple of weeks ago.he wasnt a happy camper.lol.he said he knew you.silver with varis(i think) kit and black bonnet

and yes i am a member of ek9.org.jus wanted to finish my thread off and not leave it lost forever in the archives of gtturbo.com as an unfinished thread:p

unless someone can further persuade me.

anyone for anymore import sites like the one mentioned above???

Aye I know him, take my car to him and his mate to get it fixed. Hes on this website also, well you say beat a TDO4 but I say beat a TDO4 at 0.39 bar.lol. He has got it setup to 1bar now you should have another go at him and see how you fair but cant see you beating him now, was in it and fook me.haha.
Aye ill bring the new one down soon, but doubt there will be any poking happening have to keep the noise clean for a while.:p

Hope aaron gets his axle problems sorted, who's got the faster VTS you or aaron??haha. Got a spec list for your car yet??

i dont wanna race him and he doesnt really wanna race either cuz i know that we will both never let the loser of the race live it down. i know i would never let aaron forget that my vts is better if i won;)

naw hi and im naw gonna bother makin her faster just gonna get rid asap before i sink any more money into her

Jeez your a ballbag of a young fella. I was in the glanza that night. There was less than half a car length in it and he was at .37 bar. Just have a go now and you'll still be at the dry arc when the glanza hits manor!!!!!
