I've just brought a ep82 with cusco coilovers. The ride is a bit joggerly (if that is a word) on the motor way which didnt bother me to much but getting it back to the island i have noticed the ride is somewhat hard for the Isle of wight crappy roads.

Can someone tell me how to adjust them please?

Also im going to be buying some 15" alloy's for it, what tyre suze should i go for? i have noticed on full lock the current tyres to rub a little

Cheers in advance :)

Are you trying to adjust the ride height or the ride quality.
I am not sure what Cusco you have so it may or may not be damping adjustable.

Do you see any type of adjustment knob at the top of the damper shaft?

I have had a good look around the suspension today to see if i can adjust it however i have discovered that i dont have cusco's on the front. Im not sure what they are, and the cusco's on the rear dont look like they have any damper settings.

these are the pic's any help would be appreciated cheers

they only are height adjustable mate by lower or raise the nuts under the spring. Fronts look TRD for me but interesting what other say too. Any stickers or any info on them? also can't see correctly if they have any damping adjustable function on the fronts tops as my previous GABs have similar look to yours and had damping adjustability on the fronts from top mounts by turning clockwise or anticlockwise a knob with a flat screwdriver

Looking at the suspension, don't look like there is any option for damping adjustments.
So if the suspension currently isn't doing what you want for your bumpy roads, then the only real solution is to get a set of suspension that are design to work well with those roads.

this is what im thinking, i think i will get a set next month. What are some good options for very bad bumpy roads but something that i could still take on track days?

Depends on what you class as very bad bumpy roads and what is acceptable ride comfort for you.

But a shameless plug will be *ahem* MeisterR Zeta-R Coilovers seems to be doing well for the Glanza over most of UK uneven road surfaces and occasional track days.
And they are on special offer till the end of this month. ;)

I use D2s and in Malta roads are bumpy too. they are a bit stiff yes but i like them (as they have alot to play with) but its a matter of opinions and likes afterall
