Ignition Help Needed

Can someone tell me what timing a stock 5efhe runs please. I have my timing map done but I am thinking that it is a bit low. I am willing to post a pic of it. Any help is appreciated. I just want a basis or guildeline as in how much i could possibly run.

Pretty sure he's meaning hes had an aftermarket ecu mapped and the ignition table has low numbers?
Post a photo up of your current table - I'll dig out a few to compare. But as 5e Colin says, base timing is usually 10degress so post up what you have it set to.
