i've been quoted

£1000 for a years cover if i am 20
£500 for a years cover if i am 21

If i insure it now for £1000 now, would i be eligible for a partial refund once i'm 21?

when i got insurance at 19 was 1100 for me.
then at 20 with years no claims was 750
now at 23 pay 450
