Since fitting the D2's, I've always had some odd clunking noises front and rear whilst turning and riding over bumps. There was a loud knock coming from the rear of the car that I thought was a knackered panhard rod, but it turned out to be the exhaust clunking on the bodywork. I had that adjusted.

The noises coming from the front varied from loud knocks/clunks to quieter "clicking" noises. I put a lot of it down to the springs juddering in the mounts as the wheel turned. I think the adjusting collars on the one side had been catching the brake line bracket, but I'm not sure. The noise from that side has gone now since fitting the Whiteline anti-lift/camber kit, but the stock anti-roll bars now hit the bottom arms, so I need to get uprated items. The clicking is down to fucked CV joints, which also need replacing.

Best thing to do is to get the car up in the air and check underneath for marks. If something is knocking or rubbing on something else, there will be tell-tale signs such as scratches, rub marks, clean patches etc.

Make sure the top mounts are tightened well from the middle bolt mate and also check if the springs are loose

Well...manufacture advise is....whenever you adjust yr damper...always turn to the hardest(clockwise) then anti clockwise to soften it. Depending on how hard/soft you want it to be.

Clockwise = HARD
Anti-clockwise = SOFT
