Hey guys & gals,

as some of you may know this wkend is the last official MDRA wkend where the last qtm event of this year's season is being held.

Mr.hkspower aka Chris made a new personal best & broke malta's previous record by 0.002 sec lol... crazy? hell yeah!!

His ET was of 11.482sec :D :rockon: , will post the sheet up as soon as i see him, as he needed it yesterday to register is ep in today's Bracket Racing..

Congrats chris! good luck for today may you get a better result!! :rockon:

goodluck for today chris i bet he can do better! he was the happiest man when he did the time :rockon: felt sorry for hussey having the trouble with the engine but he will fix them for next year as he said he will do better next year and im sure he will . But you have to always remember that these cars are only 1.3ltr and the time they are doin is amazing ! well done guys keep up the good work :drive:

well no idea about power, chris has done EVERYTHING himself, from the engine to the gbox to the bodywork lol. he seriously is one of the best!

as for specs nothing that impressive really, just on the ball tuning & very very good drving skills!!

as for the specs im sure he can say them himself if he wants to :)

Thanks everybody for your support, today wasnt a very good day, unfortunately chris missed 2nd gear in his bracket run & his time was out of the bracket which sadly was the end of the runs.... however we went in to do a time & boy oh boy thats what we got hehe!!

hussey had a good day overall he managed a 11.6et with varous technical problems including a problem with his clutch... meh crazy stuff lol

im goin up to hal far now, will c u all later & report any news :)

brilliant result i,d love to see these cars run! i was in malta a couple of years ago and went to hal far to watch the racing me and my mates were really shocked with the cars and what times they were doing! can.t wait to get back some day!

PS now you'll have more locals beggin to get their engines rebuilt by you :p including me, sometime in future lol

you think thats good! I see stock 1000cc motorbikes hitting low 10's! :p and they are only a 1 litre! with stock N/A engine!

its down to Power to weight ratio..... And its all the turbo getting the power, not the engine! lol

That is a brilliant time for a FWD car! much respect, he must be a great skilled driver and know his machine :rockon:

I would be estatic to hit 11's when mines back on the road...
