You may of had other issues mate, but when someone purchases something from you, parts with a considerable amount of money and patiently waits over 40 days, it really would not hurt to drop them a line.

That tracking number is very different to the one you first supplied. Can you please advise on the website where it can be tracked?

Maybe the calipers will turn up, but you have to admit. You have handled this badly and not everything has been the truth. I not making this stuff up, even PayPal favoured me.

Lets see what happens.

4agte-ep82 i think you owe gee some money? its not his fault the courior supposibly fucked you about thats your problem and up to you to claim for it, in the meantime a refund of gees remaining money will be nice.

we take con artists very seriously on this forum.

make a claim through your credit card company or bank for the full amount, and when/if it is refunded just refund him the partial refund paypal gave you...

u prob will have to go through your bank and u may need to remind them nicely that they are bound to the contract that they would have had to signed to use Visa

Afraid not. When you sign up to PayPal, the terms and conditions that you have to agree too order to join state that you've agreed to surrender all rights, and the rights to legal services provided by, owning a credit card.

It's a bank card thou, not a credit card if it makes a difference?

My Mom paid for something through PayPal I think from a transaction on Ebay. She called the bank and she got all the money back because the item never turned up. Will ask her about it, she is with the same bank.

too bad mate you are sending the items he has paid you for something and has not received it.

Now you either refund him in full within a week or you are banned off this site for good - your account will be deleted and your IP address banned.

It is unfortunate if the shipping company messed up but your communication and information supplied to the buyer is very poor to say the least.

People make claims that Paypal will refund you any money but the fact is they wont pay you out of their pocket only from the other sides funds. If they dont have any funds to offer Paypal will just close the case, say you won the dispute and not get any of your money back.

Just be aware of that when using Paypal as payment to un known sellers.

VISA can not give me any money back!

I've called them and because I have raised a dispute and even thou it is not closed in my favour, they can not help me as they can not act as a 3rd party!

I am f**king pissed off now and want my money back!!!!!
