Chris, only potential issue I can see ( setting aside jays pace setting abilities )

If you over pay the forestry commission is that likely to result in them refusing the cheque by default?

Not that it's isn't a nice gesture, just that it may be one that they don't have procedures in place to accept over payment.

Spoke with the Forestry Commission today. The have the cheque, the key and permit is being today.

I also asked about additional members going. If you haven't signed up, you have until 3:00pm on 6 December. As long as they have the additional cars reg's by 5:00pm on the Friday. The cheque can be sent after.

The cost will now be £6.00 per vehicle. Reason being, I don't have a cheque book and Ulster Bank charged £2.50 for doing me a cheque and I had an additional £1.80 to post recorded delivery. I don't mind paying it once, but not twice.

In the event another 10 people join, the Forestry Commission will receive an extra £5.70.

They will also post me a receipt after the event which I will upload.

Im not sure that anthony (NISTARBO) can go, he mentioned to me yesterday that he didnt think he would be able to make it.

As Phil said I can't make it again. Got a job to Manchester this weekend I'm back Sunday afternoon so there's a slim chance il be able to catch a few coming back into belfast. Sounds a real good meet this time get plenty of photos for us that can't go.

Depending when we finish up at the forest stage it'd also be worth heading over for a few pics at the dark hedges just outside Bcastle.

I'd want to be leaving the forest about 3:30 - 4:00 at the latest mate. Of course we can leave earlier, if we get bored.

I would have burned it just in case opening it unleashed a court case of epic proportions.. then wondered wtf the key amongst the ashes was about.
