It's a braided line connector, running to a rrfpr by the looks of it.

it's coming out where the standard fuel regulator would be.

It's basicially just to provide an angle to the hosing without it kinking.....

yes as thats your fuel regulator,and the first pic is where it normally sits.

I think the blue right angle thing is a Sard fuel rail adaptor, but that does not look like a Sard fuel pressure regulator. That hose with the red end on it should go through the regulator and then to a hard pipe that goes back to the fuel tank.

Thats a quickclip, they're good quality bits and not cheap, mainly used for track cars and skyline/supra owners as they have lots of money to buy that sort of thing and tart up engine bays. None of that setup is made by SARD.
