Over Paid subscription

My first automatic payment to the tgtt subscription got decline so i manually sent it over! it then got re sent automatically again which worked is there a way of me getting the £10 back

iv just done this with burwash. went to pay for some stuff that cost £100 and it timed out. so i re did it and timed out again. 4 times it did it so checked bank and took out 400quid out and then finally i got a confirmation email.

lol.
