I need the part numbers for 2nd 3rd and 4th gear syncros for a 1991 EP82.

I've had a read through this post and I honestly don't have a clue as to wot it is I need!

All I can see on toyodiy is syncromes 1 and 2 and syncroniser ring 1,2 and 3 but doesn't mention 4th or 5th anywhere.

Can someone help me out? Thanks.

Ok the best I've been able to figure out is the following

2nd gear sync - no1 33367-12070 no2 33367-12100
3rd gear sync - no1 33368-12080 no2 33368-12060
4th gear sync - no3 33369-12030

I take it thats the syncros for all gears? Can anyone confirm that I need all of these or just some to replace 2nd, 3rd and 4th?

Take your chassie number to toyota and they will get the exact ones for you, there is so many different syncros to choose from for the different years, Ive squeekyducks box in my garage that we rebuilt for him with all new syncros and the bother i had getting the right ones for it was beyond a joke, it wasnt the original gearbox from the car so chassie numbers/part numbers were basically useless.

I ended up gettin syncros out of a corolla of some sort for his box, only ones that i could get that would fit.

Cheers lad, prob is my local Toyota dealers don't have a clue, I had to give a very detailed description of wot diff bearings where and drive shaft seals, in the end I had to go off and get the part numbers for them lol.

In my Glanza V (1999), i'm facing crunching in 1st=> 2nd gear shifts @ high rpms, bt no crunching at lower rpms. Is it the second gear synchro that i might need to replace?...or is it that all synchros need to be replaced at once?
ANy help would be greatly appreciated :)

AND....one more thing...which is the synchro that needs to be replaced for the prob i mentioned? Sorry 4 asking in spite of many details provided above, bt my concept on these synchros is not actually clear. Thus wud be great if anyone can mention which part numbers (for C56) i would need to replace to solve this problem.

Yes 2nd gear syncro ring.

The 2nd gear syncro ring is a coated syncro and to be honest they are shit, but there isnt much can be done about that. 2nd gear is normally the first one to go as its the one that gets most of the abuse.
