right, i sold you a set of leads around 3 weeks ago, due to xmas and what not and waiting nearly two weeks for payment the leads were sent out on thursday afternoon via royal mail even though you have the cheek to not pay the full amount and ignore the fact that i have mentioned it.

once your leads arrive send them back and you can have a refund of the amount that you have paid, really pissed of that you seem to think it is ok to short change someone on a deal and then have the brass to open a paypal dispute.

please doi not remove this thread as people have a right to see it!!!

Why on earth did you send them to him when he didn't pay you what you had agreed? Surely you would have just refunded him and told him it wasn't the right amount if you weren't happy?

Seems to me you are regretting that he didn't pay you what you wanted, he assumed that you were ok with that amount as you didn't tell him to feck off and take his money with him. Then you took an age to send them after he paid you, and now you have sent them you want them back?

He's probably only opened a dispute as they haven't arrived yet, as long as you have a tracking no. paypal won't take the money off you. I would just put the discepancy in price down to your own stupidity and make sure you enter the tracking number in paypal so that they can see it to keep you right.

Depends how much you got short changed by? I've sold stuff and been short changed a few times, but tbh, I'm not gonna argue over a few quid.

Buying stuff around Xmas and the New Year is always going to delay the delivery, any parcels that arrive over the 3 days they close the sorting offices go to the bottom of the pile when they reopen.

Sounds a bit to me like trust and error ....
I don't think John would deliberately do anyone wrong same way I think you sent them in good nature.
If you would like this matter to be mediated, you can contact myself or one of the other staff to step in.

Firstly no body will remove this thread its your right to give feedback whether it be positive or negative.
Why did you send out the leads if you were not happy with the funds received? This was a mistake on my part I didn't click the correct currency option when sending the money.
Yes there was a delay in sending the money on my behalf as I was waiting on funds to be transferred into my paypal account. I sent you a pm regarding delivery and got no response and I checked when you were last on-line and seen that you didn't respond so I lodged a paypal dispute to cover my own back I am sure a lot of others would of done the same.

If you have any other problems please contact another member of the staff to mediate this situation if you feel my response does not satisfy you.

Thought I would bump this up due to recent events,

This thread was posted by john a short while back http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/forums/showthread.php?101307-Garage-clear-out........

As you can see one of my leads that apparently did not turn up is pictured in the gearbox for sale photo.

after a while and a few responses john has sent me a pm confessing to recieving the leads and still continuing with the paypal dispute which was won as the parcel was not signed for. You were well and truly caught out.

You also said via pm that you were willing to pay the money owed which i have still not recieved hence me bumping this thread up with an explanation to your actions.

since you have been online and not responded to my pm or paid me what i am owed I will take it that you have no intention of paying up, I will also be posting my feedbeack on all the other starlet forums that I am on to make people aware that you are dishonest and not to be trusted weather it be prom a buying or selling point of view.

All i can say is I hope the £60 set of leads was worth it :D
