my lower cambelt cover has some holes in for some reason!?!? i want to try and repair it as its overall, pretty decent condition.

i was looking into using something like this: https://www.sealey.co.uk/product/5637707711/fast-fix-black-filler-adhesive

has anyone used something similar before, or got any other suggestions? plastic welding is a posibility, but its a bit of a shit shape to make up a patch piece.

I would suggest asking Jay or djr for another 1 Bud, last thing you'd want was a bit of something coming loose around the pulley.
That case looks like it's been chewed through from the inside

I struggled to get one last time tbh :(

It's just some bellend who had drilled and then tried to cut it so they could see their home made timing marks. It's a shame as the rest of the cover is probably the best I have seen :(

I would sand it down and superglue/apoxy a plastic washer on there. If it does come loose then at least the washer will stay where it is

There ain't much room to do that tbh, clearance is quite tight.

I have had a go with JB weld. It seems pretty sturdy tbh. Will post pics when done.
