Rollers result 01/03/08

Had the motor on the rollers on Sat along with Aaronw and glazanut22.

Got 154bhp at the wheels (roughly 180 at the fly) at 0.8 bar.



I was planning to boost up to 1bar but I couldn't get any more pressure than 0.8 bar. I think my custom intercooler piping must have a leak somewhere.

My spec is: -

G-Spec hybrid turbo
HKS actuator
HKS FCD
Stainless manifold
Stainless separated decat
Baileys dump valve
Kakimoto exhaust system
FMIC with custom piping
SARD RRFPR
TRD ignition leads
Walbro fuel pump
Civic radiator
Helix paddle clutch

u had a look at the intercooler pipes yet?

Cheers Craig. Pleased with the wheels. Got a company called Recoat to refurbish and powdercoat them. Descent job and cheaper than any where else.

Not checked for leaks yet. Reckon it's a combination of cheap rubber bends and the lack of a rolled edge on the pipes. Hopefully that's all it is!

Nice one mate.. might get the number from u for a quote on mine as they are in need of a refurb.
