dont worry bud nothings turning ugly, theres alwys a bad one in the crowd lol

there are lots of different specs on different cars here, just depends what sort of power you looking for and how to handle it

so the plug and play ones dont require mapping??? or are they just plug and play because they plug into the existing loom without modifications??

yes that right bud, they dont need mapping, self learning its simple and much easier, and they perform great, just ask around any users who use these, it also depends what you want to take your car upto, pressure, power and fueling,

I've beaten by so many cars now i can't count, yes i said beaten. Fiestas, Civics, you name it, because to be honest i don't bother, i give a little blip and just let em off. had one or two knobs been cought for speeding because of it too. which was funny. I don't think people think i'm a big man by " Whipping " this car and that car. Nor does it make my Penis larger ( tis big enough allready ). Don't see the point in it in all honesty

so there like a wideband lambda??

so when you get lets say get a new exhaust and decat and airfilter and FMIC the ecu will notice this and try to achieve optimun AFR and power?

i think thats a bit of a rough opinion tho..

dont forget that the jam ecus ARE mapped for specific cars.. but yes they do have a varied amount of self learning.

now if they where mapped for a td04 or something bigger then sticking it on your ct9 will do sweet f.a

a few members have had this problem and it actually was worse than the standard etc because the parameters where so out. im sure its a very rare problem as most are mapped for the ct9 but for the money they go for i would personally get a decent piggyback

I can comfily say the glanza is the worst handleing car i've owned but just some lowering springs makes it reasonable and i am prety sure that an antilift kit and arbs and it would be better than a saxo.
That rx7 you over took it wasn't a white one in sussex/surrey area?

re

i do agree with u.what u are saying 0to60 is nothing.ive just swapped my 205 gti with an mi16 for a glanza.the 205 had 188hp my mate has an evo 6 rs preety much standard there is hardly anything in it.maybe pull about a cars lengh on me. u have to tke into consideration weight/ 4wd transmision losses ect.

that'll teach me for not readin everything. o well, anyway knowing rx's there 2 major possibilities 1 he wasn't trying cause he would like to keep his lisence or 2 he was running the engine in.

a guy i know had a 1.4 saxo and then bought a glanza and 3 weeks later he bought a vts because he said the handling is pants but i dunno.

anything i should look out for??

the one im looking at is grade 4 and is completely standard (ride height, wheels etc)100,000 kms and one of the cleanest engines ive ever seen.

ever heard of japan dynamics?

ur talking about colm .... his car was like a bus .. he had to lower it to sell it ...

i might now someone who like take that vts off you
