i never left nout offensive u r a robber and so is paypal u state a returns policy that is not legitimate ur offer a crappy service and u took 190 off me ur a joker and ive been conned by u i wanted a return and asked u nicely i will never buy from u and i will continue to warn people of u and ur "DODGY" business

you may not sell much on here, but the salesman is still you, wether it was sold through this forum or not, the customer is not happy, and is giving others his experience.

if i recieved an item, that wasnt as expected, i would contact the seller, and open a case with paypal, otherwise too much talk can happen, and then its too late to open the dispute, it can always be closed, and there is no bad marks against either party. also a paypal dispute is not really grounds to refuse a refund.

maybe a link to the ebay add would clear up wether it was a sneaky advertisement, or a mistake on the customers part. i cant find it in his feedback.

That manifold was removed from a friend off 'scot-tish' mates car, im sure he can vouch that the manifold was a strong one, also there were NO cracks what so ever, if anyone reads the discription its clearly says in LARGE CAPITAL LETTER ( AN SPS / RUNNER STYLE MANIFOLD), ok thats the reason you were not happy with the manifold, as your machanic told you.

I did offer you an refund, But the same day you opened an paypal dispute, and what happened!

If i was a robber, i would have NOT sent you anything, Now grow up you little boy.

i think its advertised wrong, and im sure the seller knows what they are upto advertising it like that.

unfortunately, thats only my opinion. make sure that if you dont get a refund, you leave poor feedback.

no where in the item description does it say "japspeed" i wonder why.

an it doesnt clearly state it is not a sps manifold either

i feel for you mate.

yeh, i can vouch, it came off my mates car, and was on there 2 years running a bar off boost, and it was also on "scottishcruiser" another mate of mine, it was on his car before that for a year i think, at a bar aswell. i know it was a good manifold before you bought chris's car.

if its cracked, the buyer should really show photographs of the cracks.

i do still think the auction title is misleading. and has been cleverly done, for this reason

I know 100% the manifold wasnt cracked, i took several good quality pics off the manifold from all angles, that was a good strong mani. Say it was cracked it would have been clearly written on my discription, i dont need to lie about that, as it will ruin my e-bay score and feedback, which took me time to build up.
Then you opened an paypal case, which they refused because the item was as discribed.

it is not cracked as of yet but there is very high visibilities of wear n tear more for the reason of my complaint is the fact that i have been mislead although im not happy with the item condition either. the garage i take my car to is a reputable trader on here he told me to open the case with paypal and totally agreed i had been ripped he was not happy with the item condition either

no where in your ebay add do you state " NOT AN SPS MANIFOLD".

maybe if you had put japspeed, which would have been a propper description this situation would have been avoided.

the manifold is deffo not japspeed, its over 3 years old, and im sure julien ,the first guy i know who owned it, got it in a group buy through this website.

my say is that i know its a good manifold, i agree, that the ebay add title is a bit misleading, it does state its an SPS/Roadrunner style. which it is, and could be said about japspeed or any others with the same design. and it seems Max you have shot yerself i nthe foot a bit by changing your reasoning for the dispute. i offered £180 for this manifold when chris had it on his starlet. that was about a week before ally bought the car. i know it wasny blowing then.

that you dont know for sure what make manifold it is. rather than advertising it as possible things its not.
