the main issue mate that i think you actually have missed is the fact that this "one" mistake could have taken matts life, his daughter's life and his mrs's life..

for putting a death trap deserves a banning, it obv shows he has no respect for other members and its all about money, once a dodgey dealer always a dodgey dealer as he knows he can get away with it, just not this time round.. i cant honestly believe that this is the first dodgey mot sham has done..

yes this "one mistake" COULD of caused severe heartache to other people - but it hasnt, everyone can elaberate on what could have happened in any situation.

okay, i appreciate he could of made a mistake, but he does seem to keep making mistakes if you can see where were coming from?

I have spoken to the guys and their friends because I have just wanted to know what's going on like everyone else has.

Akki was WRONG. The car was hit after the MOT test, no 'little bump', and it looks like Akki got Sham in to the shit. I don't see why people are saying they are best mates, I for one definitely know they are not. They are both forum friends, and go to meets and cruises together along with the other local lads.

Now please don't think I am just being a numpty here by sticking up for the lad. I haven't posted without knowing what's happening. (I think? Lol)

Anyway, Sham is one of the nicest people I have ever met. No shit. I am not close to the lad, but he really is one top guy. And I know your thinking 'wtf does that matter'. It matters because Sham is not a liar. If he was wrong, he would have atleast confessed to me, a mate. But when I have spoken to him he has been 100% honest about the situation. He did do the MOT before any accident, and passed it as the car was worth a pass. Then the person who had the car, someone young lad I believe, hit the car after the MOT test.

I am not a new member just signing up to back him up, I've been on here for ages and have met Sham enough times to know what he is like. And I am not just chatting a load or crap here because I know what people would think of me if I did that.

Also, when I was sat in his office when he was testing my car, I was looking through a book which involved all the car's MOT'd per day. There was easily around 20 per page, and if you guys really want, I'm sure Sham can take a pic of the book for you. (Not that it proves anything, but it's not nice people calling him a liar like that.)

Akki sold a dodgy car. There is evidence to show this. He can get done for it if Matt wants to take it further or whatever.

Sham did a legit MOT on is. There is NO evidence to show that it was not a legal MoT. Suspicions should be given to VOSA, no point going in circles on here.

What more is to be said?

Thread should be locked, admins/mods should come up with a conclusion to the matter and take the appropriate action.

Why is this now left open for people to spam it full of shit? Everyone is just arguing amongst themselves.

What started off as a thread which helped a member get money back and a shitter off the road, a potentially dangerous trader banned etc, has now turned into a fight between members on the site, its pathetic.

Makes the site look shit and unprofessional to anyone visiting.

With regard to Sham saying there was no advisories with the MOT pass because the original fail had one, is a lie.

When the MOT pass is issued, even after a fail, if the advisories are still unrectified a new copy of the advisory note is autmomatically printed and the MOT pass cert has a section on it that reads "Advisory Issued" and a box next to it that will either say "yes" or "No".

Just thought i'd put ppl in the loop about that part because that is also a lie, I'm not out to put sham down BUT why would he say a blatent lie if he has nothing to hide.

He is a good lad and i genuinly dont think he is lying about this, but for all of you that doubt him i really dont think any evidence, explanations etc are going to change your minds. Sure is, Prints the advisories back out with the re-test pass automatically. Unless they have been removed because of repairs carried out, or just removed...

Sham meant that they do 20 MOT tests between the three MOT testers at work. Just thought I'd clean that up.

You can still only do one MOT at a time though, or have they more than one MOT inspection bay?
