I have hit an issue where my blackberry is pulling all my emails off the server and not leaving a copy for my Outlook, how can i get by this?

I have selected the option in Outlook to leave a copy on the server but its not worked with my test emails and i have had suppliers emails afterwards that my blackberry is still getting first.

Don't know anything about blackberrys but although you have selected that option to leave a copy on the server in outlook, you will need to do the same on your blackberry somewhere, otherwise everytime your blackberry connects to the server to check for mail, it will keep downloading the emails without leaving a copy on the server.

There is an option about conflicts, you can select the server to win or the bb to win if its set to the bb it will pull them all from the server.

Should be in mailbox settings or something its been ages since I did it!

I had the same problem and mine was set to bb win.

I don't know what else would cause those problems mate. Unless there is a setting on your mailbox that would do it

Mine is set to Mailbox to win, i cant find any other settings that comes close to the problem.

is your email server pop or imap? imap would be better as it sycs with the mailserver rather than pulling them down. ask your web host
