Spot lights

Just been cautioned by a couple of jobsworths for my driving lights being on. Has this happened to anyone else? As far as i know they arent fog lights and come on automatically whenever the headlights are on. Couldnt convince the coppers of this though

If its a starlet, they don't come on automatically. I had a copper tell me my fogs are on, and said the dash should indicate this, I said it's an import as they don't have this feature. He just said okay, turn them off. I use the fogs a lot at night as I cant see feck all.

Glanza mate. Mine come on once side lights are on so basically are always on when ever the lights are on. I showed the old bill my full beam to prove that they have no impact on brightness but then he started moaning about the position of them. I dont know anyone else with a glanza so assumed tbsi is how the cars are but i guess its possible someones connected them up to always be on???
