Standard actuator question

Hi all. Probably been covered loads but was hoping someone can help. I have bypassed the hi/lo solenoid on my ep91 and was wondering where the pipe from the actuator should go. I know there is one that loops into the compressor housing but not sure where to put the other one and the best way to route it to where it needs to go. I have a front mount and air filter relocation kit so not sure what to do as i saw in Jays thread about the efi pipe. Sorry if it seems like a silly question, im new to turbos to be honest.

You don't need the other pipe on the actuator if the hi/lo has been bypassed

So do i have to leave it open or is it safe to blank it off.
