hi guy and and girls.....
i've been logging on to this site now since november now and i thought it's time to 2 say hello. first of all what a great site, if theres something you don't know about ep82/ep91 i am pritty sure someone on the site will know. i currently drive a 1997 glanza v. i've alway been in to modding car but i've never really had the base platform to work from. then i bought my glanza about 8 month ago a fast car to start with, pritty much standard. after the usual changes i.e alloys, filter etc.... i found after time i was getting close to the limits of the ct9. after reading many threads i decide a tdo4 conversion was the road i was going to take. the tdo4 seem a good compromise between power and lag. so i set about sourcing parts. first was the manifold from wepr, high quality and looked awsome, cheers sacha great service. after getting everything else i need i started. here are some pic's
turbo&mani off
rocker cover off
standard ct9 off
before fitted the turbo i needed to turn the compressor housing 90 degrees so while doing this i checked the turbo out.
then i mock fitted mani and turbo
fitted rocker cover after painting
oil lines and turbo fitted
then rad was fitted so then i got a custom downpipe made
project completed........
the car its self
stripped boot and back seats
i hope u like my car and it due to the info i've collected from this site thats allowed me to get the were it is to day. all comments welcome good or bad
