Hi what would be better to buy a tong's turbo or a jam ecu,only got the money to buy turbo or ecu.

Then save for the blower!

You can fit the ECU without the hybrid turbo but you cant fit the turbo without the ECU

i have both soon for sale ... both together works really well but get a tongs turbo for cheaper then retail if you can first, then a ecu. either way you will notice power difference

Why would he want to purchase the turbo first, and have to buy an FCD, RRFPR and a RR Session... When he can buy the ECU, and then just bolt the turbo on?
