Item Condition: As stated in the title I am listing this as an unfinished project. I am moving out of the parental home and need money to pay for a deposit on a new place. The car isn't without it problems, I have nothing to hide with it and the price reflects the condition -

The bodywork is less than perfect, with various dents and a small amount of rust on the rear arches (nothing fatal). The exhaust cut out on the back bumper is also dodgy; I planned on getting a new exhaust and sourcing a new back bumper.

The wiring needs attention - although the car runs fine, the engine management light comes on. I’m not sure why this is but I’m guessing it’s a sensor issue. As I’ve said the cur runs perfectly so I’m guessing its only minor sensor issues. The reverse lights don’t come on when in reverse. This is AFAIK due to the wiring being wrong, again doesn’t affect the running of the car. The temperature gauge on the dash doesn’t work, again due to wiring. I have installed an aftermarket item which does the job better than the standard one anyway. The horn doesn’t work but I’m pretty sure this is down to an aftermarket wheel being installed. The windscreen wipers are missing the intermittent setting. Doesn’t cause me any problems, may be annoying if you are lazy. J

The cylinder head has a small crack causing it to blow on the exhaust side - not detrimental to the health of the engine but annoying none the less. I’m loosing no water or oil at all and they are both as they should be. (No HG failure)

The ABS has been disabled as I installed an ep82 rear beam, which could not incorporate my ABS sensors.

I'm looking to sell the car totally 'as is', and as such the price reflects this.

The car needs a bit of money spent on it and it'll be a potent beast, really fun and definitely different.

Price and price conditions:
I'm looking for £1500 all in.

It’s a chance for you to own what is essentially a Starlet Coupe Turbo, something not many other people have, probably less than 5 throughout the UK, one of only 3 I actually know of.

I welcome any trial and as said I’m not trying to hide anything on the car. The price reflects the condition.

The top mount doesn't have a direct cold air feed, i have raised the bonnet to aid cooling under there though.

I havnt noticed much boggin in performance from the lack of scoop, but I have nothing to compare it to. 4e-fte's EL's in the USA run TMIC without a scoop.

I have now taken a deposit on the car.

Thanks for the interest. :)
