Traffic Warden / PCSO Ticket

Any got any info for me on recieving a Ticket for illegal parking.

If the ticket was there, (on my windscreen) when i got into my vehicle i belive i would have to pay it,

but

if i got into my car, and drove off -:

the ticket was still on his pad

no yellow Caution sticker on

nothing on my windscreen

i belive i wudnt have to pay???

Am i right?

yea , i just stepped out the hall, and saw him writinjg a Ticket, didnt see him taking a pic, but i think they do.
