Is there anyone using or at least willing to help with knowledge to read compressor maps so as to tell which one fits better to our 4efte little engine? Gtx2867r gen2 or g25-550? Now for the last 10 years I ve been using a precision ptb205-4828 with a .48 t3 hot side housing, fully forged engine with 265 reprofiled cams, producing successfully 330hp. Recently while doing an engine rebuild I ve checked the turbo housing finding some cracks so went ahead and the inly available housing was a .63, the thing is whole behaviour changed, it s very laggy compared to what I ve been used to and it needed to adjust the fuel map downwards to bring the afr at place. So .63 was too big after all. Since I cant find any gt28/gtx27 .48 housing anymore, attached the maps and exhaust flow diagrams of both, please let me know what you think.
