Hi all,

Does anyone one know if the turbo seals failing on an ep82 would cause increased crankcase pressure?

Could do. Exhaust gas could get into the oil system just like oil could get into the exhaust system. Although it should only be under load. If you are getting excessive pressure at idle I would be looking more towards the pistons (either ringlands or rings). Just check your breathers are working before writing anything off.

A compression test followed by a cylinder leakage test would help diagnose matters.
