FRIDAY -- I have told you this about 3 times!! How can you say you dont know when your getting it!

My internet connection is with the same ISP as yours (or the connection you are currently using). My IP address is leased for a minimum of 5 days, so even if I rebooted my modem my connection would still come back up allocated with the same IP address.
It's quite obvious when you are connecting from work and when your connecting from home, so unless snooksgt lives and works at the same place as you, it gives the appearance that you and he are in fact the same person.
I cant remember, you may well have done, but if I havent got it what do you want me to do!!!!

Rather than continuing to say you and this snooks fella are not the same person why dont you tell us who he is?
It is very obvious that if you are not the same person you know each other. At present you both owe members of this site money.
He is using your photobucket account.
As for you both connecting from the same addresses, I have worked at networking for nearly 10 years I know how addresses are assigned. You are both connecting from the same company. It is not a big company. As mentioned above we will be contacting them on Friday to advise them their network connection is being used for Internet fraud.
Yes I have told you that I am going to refund him, so what is the problem? Im not committing any fraud atall. You've just made clear you know we are not the same person, so why are you trying to hold me responsible for whatever he's doing. The transaction between snooksgt and carlmqueen or whoever had nothing to do with me, he sent the money to snooksgt not me. My dispute is with Andy.I alone

You may well have a dispute with andy.i, but by being a member of this site, you are part of a community. Other members, through no fault of their own have been inconvenienced as a result of someone you know. The decent thing to do would be to try and help resolve the situation, whereas you simply rebuff any attempt to assist. That's why people are commenting, and this thread continues on...

well people to my surprise i received my refund off snooksgt today, so a big thanks to all admin and everyone involved on helping me get my money back on this thread, thats all i wanted n none of this would have happend, but i have learnt not to send cash eva agen! thanks agen people, good luck getting yours back andy!!
so in regards to this, as you all now know I am not snooksgt, carl mcqueen has got his money, can we please lose my name and any other information you hold on me from being posted all over this site, because you only put it on when you were called a "clown" and you now know that was not me!
