    so i got my self a glanza ep91 1998

    mods do already:
    front mount intercooler
    8.5mm coils
    iridium plugs
    apexi air filter
    bc coilovers
    turbo times
    boost gauge
    nur spec exhaust

    I want to upgrade put dont know what to go for was goin to go for td04 turbo and injectors ,,, some say ill have problems with mis fire and coil pack and plugs othes say get ct9 hybrid turbo ... whats the best out there and what would you recommend

    standard ignition will be fine for whatever boost you want to get out of a td04 on a standard engine.

    depends what you want out of the car. i have both and in some ways i prefer the td04, but overall i probably prefer the hybrid ct9.

    realistically you want to look at an ECU of some sort.

    at the minute its boosting at 0.65 where will i get a ct9 hybrid and what difference will it make and is it the same fitments?... ive seen ecu €450 is the lowest a bit much

    if you want more power you need to spend money. the more you want to get, the more expensive it gets.

    a hybrid turbo would be the same fitment, but you would normally need a new intake as the inlet to the turbo is larger.

    you need to raise the boost to make any real difference, therefore you would need an ecu or if you want to do it cheap at least a fcd and an adjustable fpr. this would then need setting up so you dont blow it up and isnt exactly ideal.

    just depends how what you want and what you want to spend. it sounds to me like you want cheap, so i would replace the manifold with something less restrictive and just buy an adjustable actuator set the boost to about 0.8bar (or a point where you dont get fuel cut).

    if you buy used parts and fit everything yourself, your talking around 200-250 euro

    ill look out for hybrid turbo and downpipes and decat .. hks actuator...where will i get a ecu ? and the turbo ? i can get the td04 down pipe and decat for 200 .. ct9 down pipe and decat for 280

    are the adjustable actuator the same td04/ct9??

    You can retain the Td04 actuator or I've seen peeps run ct9 actuators. Both require a bit of modding of the bracket to hold it in position.

    speak to whoever is going to tune your car. the best ecu in the world tuned by someone who isnt familiar with it wont work anywhere near as well as if they used something they are comfortable with.

    read what i put above. i love the power fc, but others will say different. its like asking what is the best car.

    speak to whoever is going to be tuning your car to find out what they suggest.

    no offence, but your tuning knowledge seems limited. to remap a car you need experience, knowledge, a wideband and det cans just to start with.

    as i said, everyone prefers something different. i think the power fc is one of the best. others will say other brands. depending on what you want out of the car you may be ok with a piggyback like emanage.
    from the sounds of it you you dont want to spend the money to get a top spec ecu anyway!?
