***urgent Cv Joint**

This is pissing me off!! ordered cv joint from camskills! Told them my spline no. fitted it in today, went staright it, when i was tighting up driveshaft bolt. i tried turning the wheel and it wouldnt turn!! As if it was cathing something!

Had look and it was the outer bit of joint!

yup thats for the abs sensor mate just knock it off with a flat screw driver

well it didnt give me option wheni ordered it just te spline

Cog bit is for the ABS sensor as said in TO82's post

Doesnt look like it will come off to me though

Ye, just knock it off bud, its just like a ring it wont screw off, i knocked it off mine when i fit both new CV's just use a screw driver and hammer and knock it off

they all come with one mate. means they just make one joint that fits both abs and non abs versions

Good to see you got it sorted but cant see what it would have been hitting as mine has no abs but when fitted new c,vs mine had these but just fiited them and had no problems

Its hitting the hub from the back and once bolt tighten it wont allow it move!
