***URGENT*** Gearbox removal

Hey guys, i have undone everything for the gearbox and its just hangin there, it has separated a bit from the engine but i cant seem to get it off the dowels properly. does the rear mount have to be removed from the body of the car?

yes mate it's better that you remove it too .. you will work better and if you can remove the shaft caplins the green ones that are in the box will be better too..

ok its seems to be binding up somewhere around the rear of the box now, i can separate the front nearly off the dowel but the back still seems to be hard against still.

there are 2 or 3 bolts where the thermoststat housing is and one of them is hard to see. check all bolts are out. and the starter motor of course
