VGA splitter - which one?

I am looking for a decent VGA splitter to run from my PC to my monitor and TV (to watch movies on larger screen).

I've come across cheap ebay versions but stress they will ruin quality. Who knows about these and what do you recommend? Below is one i've come across via ebay:

most modern video card have 2 ports a VGA and a DVI port.
A cheap DVI to HDMI cable or adaptor can be used for the TV.
