hey blak,
very sorry about the trouble mate...you can remove stock stud and put in one that slightly shorter..if you have trouble finding the right size stud..then pm and i'll find one an ship it to you.

ps: you can be sure that i'll be checking and re-checking all manifolds before shipping to make doubly sure that none other have this issue.

Hey Sacha,

No problems. Ill take some pics at the weekend. Im going to be taking it off to add a new turbo on in a couple of weeks anyway, so it would be good to fit a smaller bolt on there to stop it wearing its way through the runner.

Cheers mate,

Lewis :)

Have mine fitted now, the only note is the stock nuts will not fit, these bolts are metric I think "M10"s so make sure you have bolts that fit ;)

Thought I'd throw a few pictures up of Gryzor's for you Sacha. We fitted it at the weekend. Hope this is as good a place as any:

The only things worth noting :

- The four studs for the turbo side are IMPERIAL so don't be forcing your standard metric bolts on (they will crossthread/destroy the threads).

- Make sure to tighten up the two centre bolts before tightening the others as the clearance is against you. We didn't have the same issue as Lewis BTW.

- Be prepared for plenty of smoke as the finish burns on first start up. This will probably last a few miles.

Overall these are just things to be aware of, the manifold seems to be a strong, reassuring piece of kit that fitted on without any issues and offered a good upgrade in terms of performance. Weighs slightly less than the stock manifold too.

Great workmanship as ever Sacha.

Good info & pics there Jay. Cheers

Darren Burwash fitted mine & managed to find some suitable nuts which was cool.

It seems like Gryzor has slightly more clearance between the bolt on the 3rd runner as mine is ready to eat its way through by the looks of it.

The paint came off after we warmed the car up :( gonna take it off and heat wrap it when i add my new turbo.

Ill get some pics up @ the weekend :)

That sounds like a plan bro, I only had those bolts around from fitting your manifolds a while back. It would save panic, confusion and possible disaster if you popped a few bolts in.
