ps: you can be sure that i'll be checking and re-checking all manifolds before shipping to make doubly sure that none other have this issue.
also blak...
do you think you could send me a clearer close-up of the bolt/runner area..i cant see much from the pic above...maybe i can come up with an easier solution....many thanks..

Have mine fitted now, the only note is the stock nuts will not fit, these bolts are metric I think "M10"s so make sure you have bolts that fit
that is EXACTLY what im looking for!! i know you dont know me but if you could find what your asking could you let me know please?? just a litle pm to let me know were i could get it from, price ect..ms ct9 mani with external setup
also i think from now on i will throw in the appropriate nuts/washers in for free with the mani's as i dont want anyone stripping the thread
Thought I'd throw a few pictures up of Gryzor's for you Sacha. We fitted it at the weekend. Hope this is as good a place as any:
The only things worth noting :
- The four studs for the turbo side are IMPERIAL so don't be forcing your standard metric bolts on (they will crossthread/destroy the threads).
- Make sure to tighten up the two centre bolts before tightening the others as the clearance is against you. We didn't have the same issue as Lewis BTW.
- Be prepared for plenty of smoke as the finish burns on first start up. This will probably last a few miles.
Overall these are just things to be aware of, the manifold seems to be a strong, reassuring piece of kit that fitted on without any issues and offered a good upgrade in terms of performance. Weighs slightly less than the stock manifold too.
Great workmanship as ever Sacha.

Hey Sacha,
Once my manifold is ready, will it also include the hardware necessary for installation? Thanks.
