Hey, Got her mapped today :D

It made 174hp and 142ftlb at the wheels. Not too sure what that makes it at the fly but its over 200 so im pleased :)

What do you guys think?

Does anyone know roughly how much that would be at the fly? I thought it would be around 215bhp which isnt a bad result is it? :S

sor bud miss read it

on fwd cars add 10bhp to your figure and divide by .9 to get rough fly to wheel figure just do the opposite to get wheel to fly

even still i would still say its a bit low considering your setup did you encounter any problems on the runs?

fly is only calculations, wheel horse power is what you want its like that if your transmision loss is 20% then 174x1.2=208.8, but to have that much transmision loss in a starlet you want to be running sand instead of oil inside the gearbox, i made 167whp on standart ct9 @ 1.1bar and was quated 186 at the fly so it was 11% of power loss which sounds about rite considering small gearboxes, wheels, drive shafts, non lsd our litle cars run, another lad had printout of 204bhp on the very similar set up but only 160whp, so i took him out the road to prove that my car was still faster(and it was) but he had bigger penis when it came to braging about the power(thats only on the paper and totaly not true)

I used the same method except i was told to divide by 0.85 and thats how i came out with 215.

There were no problem at all with the runs, at the time i thought it was making good power... im not sure now tho after some of the above replys.

rule of thumb man is a 15% loss of power lad different size engines have different rough ways but for small engines its usually that

any pics of the printout lad?

hows does it go now its mapped up?

It goes really well, a huge improvement over the ct9 which ofcource is what matters most. But its still nice to get a good figure to go by.

Also i forgot to say this was at 13psi, dont know if this make much difference. The mapper said the injectors were pretty much maxed out so couldnt up the boost any further.
