What do i need now?

im running a standard turbo, HKS actuator, HKS FCD, Induction kit.

what else would i need to even it all out?

do i need a new fuel pump?

im after a decat and manifold, should these give me much more power with the mods i already have?

finally, what kind of BHP can u take a standard ct9 up to safely?

upgraded intercooler (front mount if pos)
mani and decat will give noticable dif around 10-15 bhp
alot of members ct9 setup have gone to around 180/190bhp without probs
fuel pump is always useful however depend on wot sort of power u want
will need sumthing to regulate it tho

dif ecu with mapping will c greatest gains but cost a fair penny

boost gauge! so you can set it safer. I'm running all in your list with full exhaust decat apexi neo rrfpr and standard top mount although it needs setting up right 132bhp and 152lbft but my timing was way out at that..People have seen nearly 200bhp on ct9 but its running at its limit.you'll def need a front mount for that though.
