who uses the TRD final drives??anygood?

hi guys,iv been just wondering has anyone actualy ran these?wat do they think about them??
they seem to be very expensive,would they be worth the mod??
my car is for q/m realy.

If you're referring to the 4.7 final drive It really depends on what sort of power you're running. The very high final drives are excellent if you've got quite low power, if you're running any sort of decent puff you will end up hurting your times as you'll be required to change into 5th before the end of the track.

If you want the best compromise for 1/4 mile I'd strongly recommend the 4.3 final drive, available as standard on C56's from the 20v 4AGE powered cars. Will be significantly cheaper and won't drive you up the wall when cruising in 5th gear.
