Shotton races, based at Zone 4 on Deeside Industrial Estate every sunday night approx 9PM

Seen 1 other white GT, nice car with front mount, beeped at him on the way home as the cops turned up, funny to watch 200+ people legging it to their cars!

was a couple of nice cars there, races included Evo Vs Evo, Evo won lol!!

A VW Golf, WOW!! what a car, was a turbo, must of been 4wd he was off the line like a shot of lightning, anyone know what it might of been??

oh and plenty of Saxo Vs 106 and Corsa's! lol, very exciting :flame:

anyone know of any other venues in the North west that people meet up at? have heard of one in Warrington, summit like, every 2nd tuesday in the month is a huge Jap meet, never been, any info on this? would like to go!

could have been a g60 rallye or a turbo rallye.....a lad wants to swap me for a 20vt turbo mk2 golf gti.....

Ahh yes, could of been a G60, was mega mega fast, he had a race with a Vaxhaull VX220, and totally whooped his ass! impressive golf fair play!

if it was a mk2 golf 4wd it would have been a Rallye, or if it was a mk4 golf 4wd it would have been a turbo'd r32(weapon)

20vt can be quick just not in standard form.

Nahh, was a black one, a Mk2 with roll cage etc, very very nice car, obviously not standard, ya shud o seen it!!!

didnt have fat chrome bbs's and did it sound like it was powered by a jet engine?lol....i remember on golfgti.com seeing a black mk2 gti with a 2.9 supercharged vr6 carrado engine....350bhp or summit stupid.....did it have rallye style lights of just 2 round ones?

It's a Mk2 GTi,1.8 20VT engine and full Audi TT running gear. 4x4 and around 280bhp.
