World fasted 4e starlet was Boosted GT's starlet from australia. Made 385hp without nos.

im sure theres been 400bhp+ without nos.

any who i wouldnt bother i dont think its not useable really, im planning on doin a forged 5e hybrid on td04 and then adding nos for the drag days.

Not on a 4E

What a bunch of crap in this topic by the way :p

Just start a power board and delete all this crap.

Something like this.
Power Board:
4EFTE
1. Boosted GT: 380hp
2. Brownster:345hp
3.

4.
5.

Other Engines:
1.
2.

Your wasting your time Dan. I just ignore comments from people that have never driven a high powered Starlet now. People will always say the chassis cant handle more than 220hp and thats the optimum amount etc etc. I don't waste my breath anymore. Some people think they know everything.

Maybe if we were running 300hp with every part of the suspension stock, they might have a point...but we are not.

I try not to comment on things I dont have experience with now, always getting shot down by certain people. Maybe others should try this approach too. Will keep information consistant.

Aimed at me im assuming?

Look at what i posted, "i think what others are trying to say" ... ill put that into easy terms, it means from what i have thread from other posts i have gathered that is what they ment.

I dont no how a 3sgte starlet drives and neither did i comment on how your car drives, cause i dont have one. Neither was the spinning 1st 2nd and 3rd aimed at you dan.

beatz,

You assumed wrong matey, was not aimed at anyone particular mate.

:D

Just a general comment from other threads I've seen here in regards to big powered Starlets. They always go the same way.

I would be the only fecker with an engine conversion though??

a 1.5 hybrid is an engine conversion. In some cases only half but you know what i mean....

not neccesorily

i have in the making a 4agze supercharger going in a starlet turbo
probably twincharge it by the end of it

so not o your own m8 don't worry

I understand where you are coming from guys and i can only comment on my own experience. I consider myself to be a competent driver but I had to be so careful in 1st and 2nd that at times it became a chore.

y would you bother to twincharge it?

because i have been in a twincharged corolla gti
my uncle owned the twincharger featured on fensport site

and the torque is awesome

power every where m8, all the way round rev counter

and maybe because he didnt sell it to me, some lucky irish person
from cork has it. but it is not on the road at the minute.
i tried to buy it twice don't know where he is hiding it now....

i want to create a car similar to piss him off.

If no1 had noticed the 1/4mile board ive posted up has engine codes, power figuers etc, its not teh complete version Yet but i have posted one up!

Gee i completly agree, so many people base opinions on other opinions, this causes so much more hassel than its worth, if you can't speak from experiance then Refrenced should be given for what sounds like good advice.

ps. sams volvo has a rear mounted 8eftze its a monster!

wow I didnt think that many people had heard of my car. Thanks for the mentions.

Sorting through the crap in the thread I think many people have come around and realized that big power is just a wank unless you can use it effectively. Someone with 250bhp may say that power is useless because they have no idea how to set a car up to take it. We have a few fwd hatchs over here with 300hp at the wheels which is very usable on the street. The key is proper setup. Sure you can throw in massive cams and claim your got more power, but youll be slow. Im currently limited to 300 at the wheels due to stock head bolts stretching :(

Im steering away from drags at the moment and getting into a bit more circuit and hillclimbs. the cars being setup to go from drag to circuit with a few adjustments to the suspension and quick map change and thats it.

Sorry for the rant, dyno queens just shit me

294bhp and 300ftlb with a slipping clutch :p 1.6bar td04/05 16g and still 1300. but its not very usuable so dont see why youd want more power in a fwd as you cant get the power down
