WHP Guesstimation Forged 5E

What sort of WHP should i expect from the following spec?

Forged 5E
Standard spec 4efte Head with 5efhe cams. Running 4e timing marks
Td04L 1 bar of boost
Wepr evo mani, downpipe
FMIC
Apexi Power FC
440cc injectors
C.R 8.1:1

Ive just ran it in, and due to go get it mapped on the 19th. Im just gonna run it on a 1bar for a 1000 miles just to give me a chance to get a 3bar map sensor.

Would around the mark 220 whp be wishfull thinking??? At a 1bar? Ive based this on the fact that on a stock 4e at 0.8 bar boost with same turbo kit i got 173whp on the same dyno.

i have close to what you have a have a fully forged 5e now but i had 5e with ross racing pistons and 5efhe conrods and i made 189bhp at 1.2 bar at the wheels (229)at the fly on west coast performance dyno dynamics rolling road i think you would need a bit more boost but dynos in england seem to give higher read outs hope it kinda helps

Well i had the car mapped today with the exact same spec as above, but with 1.4bar boost i made a 252whp, im well chuffed. Is that a good figure, is it about right???
